CallForce triumphs again to win top global business service awards

South African outsourcing specialists, CallForce, have garnered two prestigious accolades at the annual BPESA Global Business Services (GBS) Investor Conference and Awards that took place in Durban from the 19th to the 21st of November 2019. CallForce won the Top Offshore Campaign of the Year for 2019 and BPO Operator of the Year Award 2019. Monica Mamdoo from CallForce was also named as a national finalist for the Top GBS Operational Manager Award, while Chandré Julius (Workforce Management) and Mandisa Sogcwayi (Training) were named as regional finalists. The BPESA GBS Investor Conference and Awards is the main event in the 2019 / 2020 calendar for the GBS sector in South Africa. This year the event showcased the distinctive attitude and value potential of youth with the theme being Impact Sourcing. The two-day conference saw over 350 delegates, analysts and investors attend the conference from markets such as Australia, Europe, Jamaica, Morocco, Zimbabwe, the UK and the US. The event concluded with a gala dinner and awards ceremony where the winners, including CallForce, were announced. “To win awards of this prestige and magnitude is a truly phenomenal achievement.
