The BSS Forum and Outsourcing Stars Gala are annual events organized by Pro Progressio in Poland. During the BSS Forum, 350+ industry experts and leaders of the BPO, Shared Services, CX and IT industries will share their comments, tips, hints and will also challenge the current market trends. The evening Outsourcing Stars Gala is the final of Outsourcing Stars competition and a great international business networking. Since few years already the Forum and the Gala have also two other accompanied events, which are organized on the Eve of them. The Full Agenda includes:

April 19^th, 2023 – City Tour Warsaw – limited to 40 attendees only. This coach trip includes visits to 5 A-Class office buildings and getting familiar with Warsaw as the BPO/SSC destination.

April 19^th, 2023 – The Before Night Networking – a networking event with glass of wine and pint of beer for all Forum’s and Gala’s guests. This evening we spend in NINEs Sports Restaurant and Bar – https://nines.com.pl/.

April 20^th, 2023 – The Outsourcing Stars Gala – international networking event connected with finals of the Outsourcing Stars Competition, tasty food, colorful drinks and music. The Gala will take place in Studio Tęcza (Rainbow Studio) in Warsaw.
