Beyond its traditional call center functions, AssisTT is a contact center company that provides solutions in many areas such as sales and marketing, social media management and mailing to its customers. AssisTT is a customer contact point that serves in 29 locations in 23 provinces across Turkey, with about over thirteen thousand five hundred employees. In addition to Türk Telekom group, it serves as a strategic companion to many public institutions and private companies.
