Founded in 2008, Capability Working Capital Solutions is owned and managed by entrepreneurial professionals with extensive experience in debt recovery, credit, financial modelling and management, banking, and corporate finance. Our contact centres have the ability to collect nationally, and we successfully assist Retail, Private and Public Sector clients with management of debtor books of varying sizes and complexities.

We are empathic, we are caring, and we are passionate about helping your debtors adopt the right payment behaviours through the most suitable and convenient payment methods available. 

Our business is built on the ability to effectively pursue any reasonable debt.  To this end, we have since inception of the company ensured that we have collection staff on hand at all times who are collectively versed in all the 11 official languages.

We provide your customers with an omni-channel experience so that they can communicate with us in their preferred channel, via telephone calls, sms, email and a secured opt-in Whatsapp channel.
