Gulf Call Center Company is the brainchild of the joint creative efforts of two entrepreneurs. They felt the need to set up a call center for outsourcing purposes in Kuwait. They were determined to become market leaders in the service industry for their clients. They have achieved this by forming a strong and advanced call center in this Kuwait. GCCS started with great fanfare by launching its services with an innovative project with the Kuwait Census in 2010. This project had the capacity to make 6000 calls per day. The call center had a major role in the creation and success of the electronic census and helped enumerators in this field so that they could reach people quickly and efficiently . GCCS has become the first choice for banks, telecommunications companies, government institutions, companies listed on the stock exchange, universities and small and medium enterprises.
