The Contact Centre currently has 1,200 seats mixed between inbound and outbound sales as well as customer support services, conducting over 15,000,000 outbound calls per year. Ignition Contact Centre strives to be the best in quality and is Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services regulated as set out by the Financial Services Board.
