Spearhead Training is one of the Middle East’s leading soft skills training brands. We have been established in the region for over 22 years, and over 39 years in the UK. We have delivered training to over 4,000 companies and organizations in the Gulf region, in more than 50 different business sectors. Worldwide, Spearhead has delivered training to over 26,000 client companies and organizations, and trained over 700,000 delegates. Our clients range from large multi-national companies, to small and medium-sized companies and organizations. Spearhead’s key objective is to improve the business performance of our clients by delivering Public and In-Company Training Courses designed specifically to meet our customers’ needs. On our Public Courses, we do this by maintaining low delegate numbers (a maximum of 12 delegates, with just 8 on certain courses), and by having 6.5 hours of face-to-face contact between the Trainers and the delegates.
