The Company was founded in 2000 by Dr. Ahmed Tahlak, an ambitious UAE national, who has extensive experience in having worked with various Govt. entities. TSC specializes in business consulting and outsourcing solutions. It offers a range of business and knowledge services to companies that seek top of the line operational excellence along with long term sustainability. Few of his achievements have been as Call Center Manager of the Year Awards in 2001 and 2002, ICCM Chicago, Entrepreneur of the Year and Best Consulting Services in 2004 and the Dubai Quality Award in 2008. He is also a Board Member for Emirates Management Consulting and Training Association, an Approved Trainer for UAE University continuous learning center and for Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government. He has, and continues to mentor many officials across organizations.
