WilStream

WilStream is one of the largest outsourcing call centers in Russia. The Wilstream call center organizes customer service.They provide services for the processing of incoming calls,doing marketing research, and update databases. WilStream has 700 operator workstations capable of handling up to 2,000,000 calls per day. 90% of all incoming calls are answered within 7 seconds. WilStream operators work 24 hours a day, seven days a week and without holidays. The call center has three independent sites. Two of which are located in Moscow, the third is in Nizhny Novgorod. The first site is built on the basis of the Oktell communication platform. The second site operates on the basis of Mighty Call Enterprise with a unique system of distribution of calls to operators according to the assigned priority. The third site uses the Oktell system as well.
