Emerging markets dominated the Top 5 Most Favored Offshore CX Delivery Points of 2021, according to findings from the 2021 Global Front Office BPO Omnibus Survey conducted by Ryan Strategic Advisory. The list was based on rankings and scores from over 628 enterprise contact center strategic decision-makers in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. Emerging markets occupied the top four positions, with South Africa identified as the most favored offshore CX delivery location, after three consecutive years in second place. India, which took first place in 2020, dropped to second this year, followed by the Philippines and Malaysia, which shared this position with Poland. Egypt claimed fourth place to round out a dominant performance from emerging countries from Africa and Asia.
