It was an exciting week for Malta-based human capital and outsourcing services, OZO Group, as it announced its expansion into Budapest, Hungary after it was selected to be the professional partner of an international group in the country. As its first international assignment, this partnership is fulfilling the group’s vision to expand beyond its borders. OZO Group employs over 3,000 workers that service blue-chip companies in the tourism, hospitality and manufacturing industries.

More celebrations were had, except this time in the US with IT services firm, HCTec, being awarded 2022 Best in KLAS for Partial IT Outsourcing with an EOY score of 97.8 in the 2022 Best in KLAS: Software & Services report. The Best in KLAS designation is a recognition of exceptional efforts to help healthcare organizations deliver beyond-expectation patient care.

South Korean accounting firm, Deloitte South Korea, including Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corp., has revealed its partnership with Sprinklr, a unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform. This partnership has expanded Sprinklr’s foothold in the Asia-Pacific region. The purpose of the partnership is for Deloitte Korea Group to utilize Sprinklr’s integrated Unified-CXM technology to establish a super-personalization strategy.

Another partnership was forged in Canada between a national multi-carrier wireless retailer, WOW! mobile boutique, and Statflo, a customer engagement platform, to expand WOW! Mobile boutique’s customer engagement strategy within their retail stores. Statflo’s solution will enable retail workers to have a comprehensive view of their customers, have two-way conversations via text messaging, providing personalized and engaging shopping experiences.

A new leader has been added to the Sub-Saharan Africa region with the announcement of Louise Taute as the new managing director for Westcon-Comstor Sub-Saharan Africa. Taute will be responsible for the local management of the Westcon-Comstor business and assist the global and regional executive driving sales and developing and growing local talent while fostering new relationships. Being with the company for 16 years, Taute has held roles in marketing management and director and marketing director for Sub-Saharan Africa.

In general news, DATAMARK, Inc., a global Contact Center and Business Process Outsourcing provider, in collaboration with the Sourcing Industry Group (SIG), has published a survey regarding the evolving landscape of outsourcing and shared services. Insights into factors that will influence sourcing and procurement professionals on where to locate their service delivery and post-pandemic trends in the industry are some of the themes discussed in the report.
