Over in India, Energizer Ltd., a renowned digital content and business process outsourcing (BPO) firm of 22,000 employees, has confirmed reports that it is engaged in preliminary talks regarding a potential sale with BPEA Advisors Private Ltd. The company announced in a statement that it is actively considering its strategic alternatives.

The global Business Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) market is expected to reach US$131 billion by 2027, growing at a CAGR of 9.8% from 2020 through 2027, according to Global Industry Analysts, Inc’s 2022 Global Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) Market Report. The US has the largest share of the BPaaS market, valued at US$18.4 billion.
