Europe Nearshore Trends
A panel of experienced industry professionals across multiple domains discussed the trends driving BPO nearshore trends in Europe. Based on research from the Front Office BPO Omnibus Survey conducted by Ryan Strategic Advisory, European respondents ranked the established location of Poland as their nearshore destination of choice for contact center delivery. The North African nearshore region of Morocco followed closely in second. The country has become a leading offshore location for French-language services. Third-placed Northern Ireland is an established multilingual destination for contact center service delivery. Senegal in West Africa, which ranked fourth in the study, has also benefited from strong French language fluency. The Czech Republic rounded out the top five following focused initiatives to revive and revitalize the sector.
