Global shopping trends may have altered over the past two years but pandemic behaviors are here to stay, according to Bazaarvoice’s 2022 Shopper Experience Index. Consumers who were compelled to buy online in 2020 and 2021 are continuing to do so, while those returning in-store are turning to internet product research to assist them. The findings show where companies should concentrate their efforts as they enter a post-pandemic future. Some of the top motivating factors among European retail and eCommerce companies for integrating new financial products into the customer journey includes generating new revenue streams (41%) and enhanced customer loyalty (40%), as cited in a Vodeno white paper. According to Morocco’s Minister for Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, Ghita Mezzour, the country may serve as a connecting point for Indian IT outsourcing (ITO) firms on both sides of the Atlantic. Given that Morocco is politically stable and has trade agreements with several European countries aside from Morocco’s trade outreach across Africa, Mezzour believes that India can benefit from it. In global business process services (BPS) news, ADP, Teleperformance, Accenture, Concentrix and Sitel Group took the Top 5 spots among the world’s largest third-party BPS providers, according to The Everest Group BPS Top 50â„¢, a ranking of the world’s largest outsourcing providers. The World Source Marketplace for Global Business Services (GBS.World), the research-centric marketplace and sourcing platform for global business buyers and outsourcing providers, has switched on a refreshed and updated home page. The most noticeable changes include a new search engine, which has been optimized to provide more relevant keyword results, and client ratings for providers in each services category. Another exciting announcement was made in the US by 5WPR, one of the country’s largest independently-owned public relations companies, with their plans to expand its customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) specialty public relations group. The specialty division serves clients in a fast-growing sector as an extension of the technology practice. Clients in the group provide technology-driven methods to better connect with existing and future consumers, as well as employees.
