The platform can be set up in minutes, allowing firms to provide client services on the channels their customers use most often, such as social media, messaging software, chat software, email software, and voice technology. A Romanian online investment platform connecting investors with technology startups, SeedBlink, has teamed-up with TDCX, a global digital CX solutions provider, in an effort to help its portfolio companies improve their sales processes and increase client satisfaction.
